CuteFlow is a complete webbased system. Users with administration rights can tweak the systems parameter
within the webinterface too.
A circulation/workflow document can contain a lot of different fields that are grouped by so called slots.
The definition of a document can be done easily via the webinterface (Templates menu). On document definition can
be used in several circulations or mailing lists.
Every workflow has an attached set of receivers. These receivers will get the workflow document via e-mail.
Similar to the template definition there is a webbased mask where you can add users (receivers) to slots, so
you can define who is getting the circulation at which time.
Workflow-Documents are sent by e-mail. Every receiver is seeing all data in the document, but can only change the fields
in his slot. Depending on the e-mail client and the user settings the receiver can change the values directly
in the Mail or have to open a Link in a seperate Browser window.
The fields of a workflow document can be from very different types. There are simple text fields, radio- and checkboxes, select fields and many more.
Each field can have a default value and you can add a validation rule.
An overview list shows the status of all workflows. The sender can easily see where and how long the workflow is at the current station.
A mighty filter function allows the customizing of the list to your own needs.
If the sender needs more specific information about the status of a circulation, he can use the details view.
All information about the workflow can be accessed from this point of view.
